Data the app processes

Only what the app needs to work: the store domain, the access token issued by Shopify, the app's settings and, on the free plan, the IDs of variants that received a unit price. Product data (titles, variants, prices, weights) is only read to detect quantities and is not stored permanently. The app does not process personal data of your store's customers.

Purpose and legal basis

Providing the app and performing the contract with the merchant (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Storage location

Data is stored on Fly.io servers in the European Union (Amsterdam or Frankfurt am Main data center). Billing and payments are handled exclusively by Shopify.

Retention and deletion

Access tokens are deleted as soon as the app is uninstalled. All other store data is deleted when Shopify sends the deletion request (shop/redact), at the latest 48 hours after uninstalling.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Art. 15–21 GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
